This made me laugh! And it's actually useful. The 'tank' will hold a post-it pad. His mouth holds a pen. And he holds a tape roll. Honestly, I'm not sure if I could keep a pen for 7 years, but the idea is really nice, and I always like to have a reliable pen in my purse.
