Universal Cell Phone Stand ($2)

Sometimes you just want your phone to stand up. On your desk, on your bedside table, wherever. For watching movies, or video-chatting or what-have-you.
This is less than 2 bucks and is pretty universal. I'm sure it wouldn't work for the 'phablets' out there, but most everything else. I think I'll have to get one for myself!
